Child Safety Standards

Safety first.
No exceptions.

MORVAIYN is committed to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation, protecting minors and providing clear ways to report, review and act on safety concerns.

01. Our commitment

MORVAIYN has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualisation of minors or conduct that places a child at risk.

These standards apply across MORVAIYN, including user profiles, plans, messages, Moments, media and other social interactions made available through the service.

Zero-tolerance standardContent or behaviour involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of a minor is prohibited. Severe violations may result in immediate content removal, account suspension or termination and escalation to the appropriate authorities or reporting organisations where required.

02. Prohibited content and conduct

MORVAIYN prohibits content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses, endangers or targets minors, including:

  • Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, distributing or promoting CSAM.
  • Grooming, coercion, manipulation, blackmail or sexual solicitation involving a minor.
  • Sexualised comments, messages, images, videos or requests directed at or involving minors.
  • Attempts to arrange exploitative, abusive or otherwise unsafe contact with a minor.
  • Using false identity, age information or other deceptive methods to bypass safeguards designed to protect minors.
  • Threats, harassment, trafficking, extortion or any other illegal or clearly harmful conduct involving a child.
Important: MORVAIYN must never be used to store, request, trade, advertise or distribute material connected to the sexual exploitation or abuse of children.

03. Protecting minors

MORVAIYN uses age-related safeguards and access controls intended to reduce inappropriate interactions and protect younger users.

  • Age information or age-range checks may be required for age-restricted features.
  • Adults must not attempt to enter, discover or participate in spaces or interactions reserved for minors.
  • Users must not falsify age or identity information to bypass safety restrictions.
  • Safety controls may be enforced both in the app interface and by backend systems.
  • MORVAIYN may restrict features, visibility, communications or accounts when safety signals require review.

These safeguards complement, rather than replace, responsible behaviour by users and the supervision required by applicable law.

04. Reporting safety concerns

MORVAIYN provides in-app reporting tools on supported surfaces so users can report accounts, content, messages or interactions that may violate these standards or create a child-safety risk.

Users may also report a child-safety concern directly to MORVAIYN at help@morvaiyn.com.

Reports should include enough information to identify the relevant account, content or interaction. Users should not redistribute suspected illegal material when making a report.

Urgent dangerIf a child appears to be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate law-enforcement or child-protection authority first. MORVAIYN support is not an emergency service.

05. Moderation and enforcement

When MORVAIYN identifies or receives a credible report of a child-safety violation, we may take appropriate action based on the severity and available evidence. Actions may include:

  • Removing or restricting content.
  • Blocking or limiting communications or product features.
  • Temporarily suspending an account while a report is reviewed.
  • Permanently terminating accounts for serious or repeated violations.
  • Preserving relevant records where necessary for safety, legal compliance or a lawful investigation.

MORVAIYN may use automated safeguards and human review where appropriate. Attempts to evade moderation or recreate accounts after enforcement may result in additional restrictions.

06. Authorities and legal escalation

MORVAIYN complies with applicable child-safety laws and valid legal obligations. Where required by law or appropriate for a serious child-safety incident, MORVAIYN may report suspected or confirmed child sexual exploitation or abuse to competent authorities or designated reporting organisations, including NCMEC where applicable.

We may cooperate with lawful requests from authorised authorities while handling personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Nothing in these standards limits MORVAIYN's ability to take urgent protective action where we reasonably believe a child may be at risk.
